Emily & Jeff | Wedding Day

I met up with the girls on the morning of May 12th…and there was a definite calm in the air.  Emily was sitting in the chair getting her hair done, while her family & friends took turns holding her 6-week-old son Jackson.  Anytime he would fuss a little, Emily had the SHUSHING app on her iPhone which seemed to help a lot!  The ceremony was full of heart, as the priest read love-letters they wrote to one another.  We had a quick photo-session, and then it was off to the party!  I’ve seen lots of receptions, but this crew had a tradition for the “I Get Knocked Down” song that was hilarious…they literally fall to the floor every.single.time that title-line is sung.  And then jump up and dance around again!  It was a great day, with lots of love and laughter.  So happy for you both!
