I love when Seniors have a style very unique to their personalities — and Kelsey had some AMAZING outfits planned for her photos!  She also happens to love history, so we began at a Historic location in the area and I love the look.  This girl is not only beautiful, but has great talent in theater.  In fact, she had just wrapped multiple showings of “Curtains” at her high school.  It has been an honor photographing not only Kelsey, but her older brother Richard (back a couple years!).  I wish you all the best in the future Kelsey!

Anthony drove all the way in from Herington, KS — and in return he had one of the nicest days of the Fall season!  The leaves have changed to their bright colors, and the temperatures were nice with a slight breeze.  Anthony is involved in EVERYTHING at his high school — from basketball to Honor Society.  And he has decided to go to a GREAT school known as Kansas State University.  Enjoy the rest of high school, and all the best to you Anthony!

Andrew was such a good sport for his Senior session — and the weather could not have been better!  He is definitely proud of his Irish heritage, as you will hear when you watch the slideshow…

When Sarah and her Mom met me for her Senior shoot, they had a little note card outlining her outfits — which I loved because organization is kinda “my thing“.  The list had each outfits’ shoes, jewelry, etc which was awesome!  And did I mention that one of those shoes was a pair of boots — bought originally by Mom back in the 80′s?!  SO FUN!  We went to lots of spots, and had fun with the Polaroid camera + my Ring-flash.
It is hard to believe how many years ago I photographed her brother Ryan’s senior pictures…wow.  Anyways, I know that she is SUPER excited to see her images so let’s get to them!

You can tell by the e-mails leading up to a shoot, when it is going to be a really fun one…and that was the case with Emily’s Senior session!  She had all sorts of fun ideas, and style for her photos and I couldn’t be happier with the results.  She was a blast to photograph, and I love that she was willing to climb trees & wear her point shoes on a gravel road.  We played with bubbles, and a little off-camera flash which resulted in my favorite images of the whole thing.  Plus the family came along to help (all the way from Waverly, KS) and we all had a great time.  Have fun during your Senior Year Emily!
