Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with Ashley & Michael — and I must say it was barely “work”. I love the way these two “pick on” one another, and then just bust-out laughing with a giant hug. While they claimed to be afraid of the camera, I think I helped curb that fear just a tad… 
Thank you both for driving into town, and having a blast with me out in the winter-cold. I cannot wait for your wedding in the Summer in Great Bend!
I’ve known Erica for a few years now — going back to her sister’s wedding. I was so excited when I heard that her boyfriend Joel was going to propose — and even MORE excited when she called me to be her wedding photographer!! They are having an intimate event at a Winery this January. It is going to be wonderful! For the engagement session, it was only natural that we included their love of cycling. You know that you are getting to work with a fun couple, when they tell you they are getting married in VEGAS! So of course, Jeff & Christine were so much fun on their engagement session last week. We talked about Howard Stern, and various other topics that may not be appropriate for the blog…and it was a great time. I wish you guys all the best in Sin City, and enjoy your images!

Having an engagement session before the wedding day is a GREAT thing in my book — because it gives me a chance to see how a couple interacts/laughs/has-fun together. And Nichole & David seriously rocked their e-session! I love all the little faces Nichole made at David to make him smile…and it worked like a charm. Nichole saw the green door in another session I did, and knew immediately she wanted images in that location. So we took those images, and then simply walked all around the area to see what we could find for the rest! We got some great stuff…and I cannot wait for them to see…
I don’t think I can explain how excited I am for Laura & Patrick’s wedding. For one, they are super-in-love…and for two, the wedding party consists of just the bride & groom! It will be a beautiful ceremony, and a small reception for close family and friends. So lovely! And at this shoot, their little dog Jack arrived in his nicest formal-wear-bowtie…which was perfect even if he was more interested in sniffing the grounds than getting his photo taken. Cannot wait for your big day!
