Phew — can you believe all of these blog posts!?  It is definitely busy season…and it will stay that way for the next several weeks for sure!  Thank you to my clients for being so patient.

I am leaving town bright and early in the morning for my annual escape away from computers/phones/etc — it is definitely a necessity so I can recharge and be ready for the Fall.  Speaking of — if you are thinking about having a family portrait done you better get on the calendar ASAP!  There are not many slots left, and I close my studio down for the entire month of December (unless you are on the Baby’s First Year plan).  Check the calendar RIGHT HERE.

Sunday, July 12 was the One year wedding anniversary of Kristin and Ben.  And I got to spend some of that special day with them — because they are expecting their little one, and wanted some more images!  I am sure they had no idea that they would be welcoming a baby, but they are so happy and excited.  It is always a pleasure to stay in contact with my brides, especially when they are as sweet and fun as Kristin is!  They are waiting to find out if it is a boy or girl, but when that day arrives he/she will be joining my Baby’s First year program. :)  Cannot wait — congratulations you two.  Enjoy the blogshow!

I met up with Karyn for some lunch and quick shopping — and since she is so ADORABLY preggo I asked if I could take a few pictures of her.  Seriously folks, 5-minutes on her back deck and we got some fun images…all taken with the Tilt-shift lens.  We are doing a FULL maternity shoot soon…cannot wait for the hubby to be involved too!

 

I know I posted a couple from the super-duper-quick shoot with the tilt-shift lens, but last week it was time to have karyn’s REAL maternity session — and she was up for something totally fun and different for sure!  So we grabbed the hubby and drove downtown for an amazing shoot…I love these guys.  He even sat in some glass for me!  Here are just a few of the faves…enjoy!
