I hope that all of you had a GREAT Thanksgiving holiday — as I just realized that it has been almost a week since I blogged last…whoa! What happened!?!? Well, took some time off with the family for Thursday and Friday, which included the tradition of taking a family portrait (some with the timer, some by me, and some by my sister):

I put up our Christmas tree — about 75% of it anyways. And for the third year in a row I needed to go out and buy more lights. Yes, our tree has 900 white lights on it…and no ornaments yet. How funny is it that I love how it looks right now? I will post pictures soon — today I have some holiday cards to get out the door, and our OUTSIDE lights to put up since the day is so sweet! Even though I am “closed” for shooting the month of December, I have lots of things coming to the blog that you will NOT want to miss…including Dave and I’s card for 2008 — it is a good one!
