I love when I get to work with non-traditional clients to me — and that was the case with the shoot for the Monks of the Conception Abbey (in Conception, MO). I drove out there on a beautiful day with thick clouds — tons of ideas running through my head. I arrived and the campus was even more beautiful than I had imagined, and the monks were absolute gentlemen to work with. We started outside, and then documented the afternoon prayer.
