Since we have had some really nice weather this Winter, it has been great shooting outdoors in January! I will take the fifty-degrees any day… 
Amelia is growing up so fast, and looks so much like her sister they may be able to pass as twins someday! The next time we see her it will be for a 1-year session…crazy. This family is an incredible joy to work with — in fact, it isn’t even work with them!
Can it be? The sweet little twin-boys that I snuggled together sleeping for a newborn session, are now One Year old?! I loved this session the best of all — especially at the end when we were able to document bath time. It isn’t easy with two babies in the tub, so I love that I got to capture the family with some “day-in-the-life” images. This is a slideshow that you do not want to miss!
It has been a wonderful honor to photograph your family, and I love that you are ready with 2-year’s outfits!

This family and I go back a few years — and walking through their home is truly humbling. They have a beautiful frame-wall featuring their engagement images at the park, their wedding day, and images from Carson’s First Year program. Well it’s time to make more room on the wall, because there is a fourth member of the family now — meet Harper! She is the newest member of the Baby’s First Year, and I cannot wait to document even more of this wonderful family…

When I walk through Peighton’s home, it is literally a walk through the past. There are engagement & wedding day images, newborn photos, and then Peighton is walking around with a book and “her” purse. Can this be?! I love that even though Mom & Dad just moved, her room is still very similar to what it was in her first home. The colors/decor are beautiful, and she had a lot of fun in there playing and posing for my camera. Her personality is really shining, and her independence has begun!
As you know, I love to look back on all of the previous sessions from the First Year: Newborn | 4-Months | 8-Months | and now ONE YEAR!
