Elise | 18-Mo Session

I’ve been working with this family for years, and we have some great stories around our shoots — but I believe this one is the BEST.  We had been tracking the weather all day, hair and makeup appointments were done, and the tea set/table were packed in the car.  As soon as we get all of the pieces in place and the outfits on, the skies decided to drop rain!  Luckily I had a few large umbrellas with me, so we just hunkered down and covered all of the important pieces and waited…in a field…all dressed up.  Yes, a passerby looked at us like we were NUTS!  But I’m so glad we waited, because not only was Elise happy as could be, but everything just worked out so well.  Kelly had said it earlier in the week that it would, and she was RIGHT!  What an amazing session…with TONS of favorites.  I can look at that sweet baby-girl smile for days on end… 🙂
