Last week I had the privledge of photographing one of my favorite famillies — with little Alegria!  I have been documenting this family for years — the first shoot was back in 2005 when they were expecting this adorable little girl.  Now, we have done at least 4 or 5 shoots together, and they are expecting their second little girl in January!  Congratulations to the family, and here are some top picks and the SLIDESHOW!  I cannot wait to document the newest addition when she arrives!

Like a kid in a….you get the idea!

It is always a lot of fun to photograph people that you know — especially when they are family!  Susan is my sister-in-law, and I also became an Aunt to these 4 great kids (sorry for you older ones!) and I couldn’t wait for their session!  We went to Antioch Park, and had some fun all around the pond — and I love the sun we got behind some of these images!  Enjoy, and after hearing the song you all chose I think it fits perfectly!  Here is your slideshow!

Last Saturday was the wedding of Jennifer & Dennis — and we battled through a LOT of wind for these pictures!  Luckily her bridesmaids were super helpful with her veil, and everyone in the wedding party kept up the spirit standing in the wind-tunnels of Corporate Woods!  I love the details and colors in this wedding, and I know that both of them have anxiously been awaiting this post — so without further adieu…SLIDESHOW!

The first reveal — there is another shot in the slideshow too!

Some excellent sun-flare for the girls!

I love how the wind moved her veil for this image…

I think we have another candidate for best cake of the year!! 🙂

So this little guy is growing SO FAST!  I remember his newborn shoot (on the old blog) and now he is running around and starting to talk…amazing!  He wasn’t too thrilled to get his picture taken, but that is pretty common for little ones around his age — so we resorted to bribing with food and Elmo to get him to smile or stay in one place!  Of course, it didn’t help that he took his first big face plant into the cement half-way through the shoot…but he was a trooper and was smiling again in no time! 🙂  Here is his slideshow!

Monday afternoon we had a scheduled time to be at the park for Alex’s senior session — but the cold wind and rain forced us to come up with a back-up plan.  The best part — the back-up turned out to be a better fit for this girl!!  She plays the cello, acts in Drama, swims, and does debate!  I am sure I am leaving something out of there — but I knew that we were going to have a great shoot with all of the cool stuff that she brought — and I love the cello shots!  Thanks for being so much fun Alex, and I am glad to know that you had a lot of fun too!  Here is your Slideshow!!

Her Mom held my off-camera flash to camera left for this cool & dramatic shot!
