Wow — I cannot believe I actually got this wedding edited before I left! One week ago was the wedding of Carrie and John, and the weather could not have been more beautiful. I can always count on Kansas to be super cold all week, and suddenly throw Sping into the mix for just one day! Their BLOG SHOW here is set to their first dance, which was classically choreographed and performed, sans shoes!

I know that they are anxiously waiting to see if I could post their feature before my long trip, so let’s keep my text minimal and proceed with the images!

EARLY EARLY Monday morning — practically Sunday night — Dave, Mark, Joel and myself are headed on a 9-day trip to Canada. We will spend some time in Seattle & Vancouver, and ski/board Whistler for 4 days…I am planning on doing some major documentation on this trip, and hopefully will have some internet here and there to blog the happenings. Here is a Google image of Whistler Blackcomb — they have received a TON of powder over the last couple of days!!

I am giving my ALL (yes it is after midnight!) to get everything that is time-sensitive edited/blogged/uploaded/designed/slideshowed/shipped/ordered/etc! Thanks to all of my wonderful clients for their patience!

I posted the sneak of this “flower child” — are you ready for more? The full feature means that Merit’s brother Grant gets to join in the fun! I started out the session just playing with Grant in his cool SPORTS room. He could name all of the items on his area-rug (baseball, soccer ball, football) and had lots of Monster Trucks to play with! Then it was Merit’s turn, and we started in the living room so both kids could play, then to Merit’s sweet nursery for those flower images. At the end it was time for the whole family, and it wasn’t too cold to head outside! I love to incorporate the family home as much as possible, and Grant was having a blast running around the yard and collecting sticks… Enjoy the images below, and TONS in the blog show RIGHT HERE!

Cash — what an adorable name for this little boy.  I had not seen Kendra (Cash’s Mom) for quite some time, so when she contacted me on Facebook to say that she had a new family-addition, I was way-pumped to go and meet him!  They have the most ideal location for portraits — I even joked that I would be bringing future clients all over their land — and we were granted a beautiful day so we could head outside!  Dad likes the Harley’s, so of course we got a few images with a sweet-ride.  Cash was a doll for me, and hardly made a peep through the clothing changes and walking about!  I posted my fave family image already, but here are some other top picks and the BLOG SHOW!
