Next week…

Filed under: RP Photo in GeneralOctober 31st, 2008

I had to post an image from the two sessions that will be making their GRAND appearance on the blog next week.  I am going to have this whole weekend OFF for Halloween fun, my niece’s wedding, and a gathering of the college roomies…so much fun!  I am sure I will take a picture or two… :)  Have a great weekend!

John | 1-Year Session

Filed under: RP Photo in GeneralOctober 31st, 2008

Lots of people remember little John, with his Johnny Cash song from 6-months ago…well he is now a YEAR old, and still to this day one of the happiest babies that I have ever met!  This session took place yesterday (yes, you read that right) and I love SO MANY of their pictures.  The weather was perfect, bright sunshine, and a happy baby — what more could you ask for?  It was tough to select another song that is as cool as the first session, but I think that they have done it!  BLOG SHOW!

Jess | Senior Session

I met Jess back in 2006 at her brother’s wedding, so I was way-amped when her Mom called for me to take her Senior pictures!  She has a great style that is all her own, and some great taste in music for sure… :)  We started at her home which was great with the plants/lighting, and then went to a new spot here in Olathe!  It worked out so well, so we could get pictures with her car…aka Thunder-Chicken or Death Trap.  My favorite spot was the field at the end, so we got a LOT of shots there with her cool hats and hair!  Enjoy girl, it was a BLAST!  BLOG SHOW HERE!

Lindsey + Cameron | E-Session

Even though I have been shooting Fall portraits for 11 years, I am still amazed by the WONDERSUM (thanks Brooke Mayo!) colors that are all around on these Kansas trees!  Lindsey and Cameron met me out at the park on Monday (also after a couple of reschedules) but it was definitely worth the wait.  The colors, the light, and the couple were all perfect!  And Lindsey was a TROOPER with her injured knee.  I met Lindsey last recently when I photographed her sisters wedding, and I cannot wait to be working with the family again.  Enjoy the BLOG SHOW, and I cannot wait for the wedding!
