…I shot a wedding yesterday at Union Station — the ceremony and reception were there — and I had to post this one image since I loved it so much as soon as I saw it download onto my computer!  Erica looked stunning!

I have already posted about some great charities, but I wanted to share one last organization before the Holiday Season is over.  It is called Child’s Play — and it was setup through a popular videogame web comic called Penny Arcade (sometimes Rated M for mature).  They do all sorts of funny comic strips, that my Gaming-Husband has introduced me to — and they have started this awesome charity where you are able to select the hospital that you would like your gift to be sent to.  Dave purchased a handful of games for our local Children’s Mercy Hospital — and they also accept cash donations year round.  All of the purchases are made on Amazon.com and shipped to the children at the hospital you select.  How easy is that?!  No drop-offs, just click and you are done!

Thank you so much to all of my amazing Clients and Readers — this has been a year of incredible blessings and you all have made that possible.  My wedding, going full-time with my business, my best friend had a baby, and meeting some truly amazing people, all in 2007.  Below is a picture of our home all decorated (I forgot to turn on the snowflakes in the windows) and have a wonderful Holiday — take lots of PICTURES!

Each major holiday — and sometimes "just because" — I gather with some amazing ladies for drinks, laughter, and some VERY comical conversation!  This year I hosted our Christmas gathering, which we opted to be catered by Camille’s!  I had to photograph the table when I was done setting it up.  I purchased a bottle of wine for each lady, complete with ornament, hand-made name tag and a piece of chocolate!  So their gift was also their place-cards at the table!  And my new kitchen table and chairs arrived this week as well — which was perfect timing!  Thanks Mom for the Christmas gift — I love it!  Here are a few pictures — can you believe that we are only a couple of days from Christmas?!?

Yesterday I traveled to deliver another Christmas Gift — a baby session!  Katie was the lucky recipient of a newborn session from her friends at work, and I had such a wonderful time with this family.  We started with some sweet images of Krissy, and then big brother got in on the photo-action…well, as much as a little boy wants to leave his trains to be photographed!  Krissy started fussing a little bit, so after some food she was ready to sleep.  Which was great for me because we got some adorable sleeping-baby images!  HERE is the slideshow — that I think will make Mom cry…

We managed to get Jack to sit still, but only if he was able to sit with Goofy and Mickey!
